How to Order from M's Canvashouse.com

Since the Ordering Process varies from Website to Website and since many of us are new to Ordering Online we have outlined the entire process and the different options available to you.

Please do not be intimidated by the instructions.   We have just tried to *dot every i and cross every t*. You will find it to be as easy as writing a check!

No matter which way you choose to order, we charge your Credit Card ONLY at the time the Order is filled and ready to ship. We are not taking International Orders at this time.

The Credit Cards we accept are: Visa and Mastercard.

We Ship UPS GROUND and Priority Mail. Shipping Charges are based on weight and the value of the item being shipped. We insure all needlepoint items that have been finished and request a signature upon delivery, unless you expressly decline this service.

Our RETURN POLICY - We want your Shopping Experience at M's Canvashouse.com to be an enjoyable one. We are happy to honor reasonable return requests, as long as you contact us regarding the problem within 10 days of receiving the item.

Ordering Options:

We offer 3 different Ordering Options:

1) Order from us Online using our Secure Ordering System.
Your Credit Card information is placed on our Secure Site and is accessible only to us. We charge your Credit Card ONLY at the time the Order is filled and ready to ship. You receive an automatic Email Receipt at the time you place your Order and an Email Notification at the time your Order is shipped.

2) Order from us by Fax at (859) 225-5577.
We send an Email acknowledgement of your Order within 24-48 hrs. of receiving it and an Email Notification at the time your Order is shipped. We charge your Credit Card ONLY at the time the Order is filled and ready to ship.

3) Call and place the Order by Phone at (859)253-1302 on Tues-Fri 10AM-5PM and Sat 10AM-4PM (Eastern Time).

How to Order Online - Step by Step

Step 1 - Click on the [Order] command underneath the Item you want. This takes you to your Shopping Cart Page.

Step 2 - Welcome the Shopping Cart Page!
Make any choices (such as color or size) that are needed pertaining to that item from the Drop Down Menu (Drop Down Menu appears only of if applicable).
Note - if you want more than 1 of that Item, type in the appropriate number in the Quantity box and then hit the RECALCULATE Button next to your overall Total. All items must be alike, such as the same color. (If you want 2 of the same item but of different colors, order them individually by hitting the Back Button on the top row of your Browser Software and then hit the [Order] command again.)
If you plan to order other items, go to Step 3, if you are ready to check out, go to Step 5.

Step 3 - If you wish to order something else, go to that Item and hit its [Order] command. If you have any incorrect items or too many of one item (since an item is added each time you hit the [Order] command) just Click on the EMPTY CART Button which is beside the RECALCULATE Button beside the TOTAL and START OVER!

Step 4 - When you have chosen all of the Items you wish, click on the Drop Down Menu for Sales Tax, if necessary, (Our merchant state is Kentucky, so only KY residents need to do this.) and then hit the RECALCULATE Button. This will give you the Final Total including Sales Tax, if applicable, and the Shipping Costs, which are based on the Sales Total.

Step 5 - Type in any Ordering Instructions into the Box below the TOTAL and choose which Credit Card you will be using from the Drop Down Menu. If your Order will be shipped to a different Address than your Billing Address, click on the small box next to the "Use separate shipping address" underneath your Credit Card choice.

Step 6 - Click on the FINALIZE THIS ORDER Button. This will take you to the CHECKOUT Page where you will enter you Contact Information and Credit Card Information.

Note - you can stop this transaction from here just by hitting your Back Button (the items will not be stored after you leave the site) or by hitting the EMPTY SHOPPING CART Button. (Hitting the EMPTY SHOPPING CART Button will also return you to the last page you were on.)

Step 7 - After you hit the FINALIZE THIS ORDER Button you will see 2-3 Security Alert Screens pop up. Just Hit the OKAY or YES Button on each and you will end up on the CHECKOUT Page. This is your assurance that our Site is SECURE!
Your order will be at the Top of the Checkout Page. Look it over and if it is accurate, continue to Step 8.
If you have found an error you can hit your Back Button and get back to the Shopping Cart Page or hit the CANCEL Button at the bottom of this Page.

Step 8 - Welcome to the CHECKOUT Page!
Fill out any Comments you might have in the appropriate box. Fill out your Billing Address information. If you checked on the Separate Shipping Address Box on the previous page it will be the next thing to fill out. It will appear under the Billing Address Information.
Finally, fill out the Credit Card Information.
Check that the Payment is for the appropriate Credit card. If not, back up to the Shopping Cart page by hitting the Back Button and make the change then hit the FINALIZE THIS ORDER Button agin to return here. Note that you will be filling out the information on the CHECKOUT Page again since it does not hold it in memory.
When filling out the Credit Card number, use the space bar to leave a single space between each group of numbers as they appear on the Credit Card. Be sure and fill out the Card Holder's name as it apprears on the card and the Expiration date.
When this is done, Click on the PROCEED Button to submit this Information.

Note - you can stop this transaction from here just by hitting the Back Button (the items will not be stored after you leave the site) or by hitting the CANCEL Button. This Transaction will not be completed until you have filled out the Information completely and Hit the PROCEED Button on this page.

Step 8 - The Final Page of the process will be a copy of the Receipt you will be sent by Email.
If you wish, you can copy this page by Clicking on the Printer Icon at the top of your Browser Page. This page also contains all of our Contact information should you wish to call us.

Note - Depending on how your Browser is configured, the next time you order, your Address information may be remembered but NOT your Credit Card information.
We charge your Credit Card ONLY at the time the Order is filled and ready to ship.

Once you get used to Online Ordering, you'll find that it is as easy as writing a check.
